Program: FarrellSG Production Crew Notifications
FarrellSG operates a text message notification service for crew, vendors, officials, and event staff engaged on live event productions managed by FarrellSG and Alliance Productions. The service is used to send time-sensitive operational information during production and event weeks.
Only individuals who have been engaged to work on a specific production and who have provided their mobile number and consent during crew onboarding. We do not purchase, rent, or otherwise obtain phone numbers from third parties, and this service is not used for marketing or promotional messaging.
Operational notifications tied to a production you are working on, including:
Frequency varies by production. Recipients typically receive messages only during the days surrounding an event they are working, and may receive several messages per day during an active production week. No messages are sent between productions.
Message and data rates may apply. FarrellSG does not charge for this service; charges are determined by your mobile carrier under your own plan.
Reply STOP to any message to be removed. You will receive a single confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to that number. Opting out does not affect your engagement on any production. To resume messages, reply START.
