FarrellSG provides broadcast production and technical services for live events. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We use information to engage and coordinate crew and vendors, to operate and staff productions, to send the operational notifications you have consented to receive, to process payment, and to meet our legal, tax, and insurance obligations.
Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent collected through our crew onboarding process are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers may be shared only with the messaging service provider that transmits messages on our behalf, solely for the purpose of delivering the notifications you have consented to receive. Text messaging opt-in data is never shared with any third party for their own use.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to do the work: with clients and promoters whose productions you are engaged on, with venues and event security for credentialing and building access, with travel and lodging providers when we are booking on your behalf, and with service providers who operate our systems on our behalf. We may also disclose information where required by law.
We keep engagement and payment records as long as needed for the production and for the period required by tax, insurance, and other legal obligations. Messaging consent and opt-out records are retained as long as we operate the text message program, so that opt-outs continue to be honored.
We use access controls and reputable service providers to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to limit access to those who need it to do their jobs.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and it will not affect your engagement on any production. You may also ask us to correct or delete your contact information, subject to records we are required to keep.
